Why won't the Portable Power Bank charge?

The power bank indicator lights flash during "inbound charging" (recharging the main battery) and remain solid during "outbound charging" (powering your devices).

Ensure you’re not connecting the charging cable to a USB-A "output" port (marked by the red arrow) while plugging the USB-C end into the wall charger. USB-A ports are designed for output only and cannot receive inbound current, so the power bank will not recharge in this setup.

Things to check..

Ensure Proper Cable Connections

Connect the Type-C end of the charging cable to the USB-C port (indicated by the blue arrow) and the USB-A end to your wall charger.

Allow Full Recharge

Let the device recharge for 8 hours before first use to ensure optimal performance.

Recharge the Power Bank Safely

Connect the charging cable to the Micro-USB or USB-C input (avoid USB-A outputs) and plug the other end into your wall charger. The LED indicator will flash while charging and stop when fully charged, thanks to the intelligent protection system.
